the legendary and ultra-obscure Japanese psychedelic rock group Kousokuya. Hailing from Tokyo, they have donated some spectacular tracks to the first two volumes of the Tokyo Flashback compilation series on the PSF label, and self-released an extremely limited LP in 1991. An early press release for the band describes them well (in comical broken English):

Humour aside their album Ray Night 1991-1992 Live is 69 minutes of pure expansive psychedelic nirvana (sorry it's live so I don't have the track listing).
